2020 This year in June, Zone Corp upgraded Quality Control Equipment.We do the strictly process to control and guarantee the quality of bio ceramic balls.

Firstly, It’s raw materials inspection.All the raw materials are tested immediately once arrived in our factory. In addition,we strictly test the micro structure of the raw materials.

Secondly .It’s semi-manufactured products inspection including strength test ,size inspection etc.

Thirdly,It’s finished products inspection after sintered which including strength test, hardness test ,size inspection etc.

Finally,It’s application test such as Calcium Sulfite Ball application test under 60 celsius degree high temperature and  filter test at the water flow as per customer’s request etc.
