Formation of water scale
The formation of water scale usually starts from tiny crystals’ formation. Crystals precipitates from supersaturated solutions has two links: crystal nucleus formation and crystal lattice growth.
And each link is divided into three growth periods: initial stage, medium stage and terminal stage.
That is to say, after these three growth periods, the crystal nucleus can gradually form the crystal lattice .
The growth of the crystal lattice is a slow process, only in certain activated regions of the crystal nucleus, the crystal crystal lattice can grow by adsorbing precipitated ions. And after three growth periods, crystals lattice gradually form a crystals, it is called water scale.

20 grams anti-scaling particles can process hardness 200-600 high-scale water for more than 3-10 tons. The Anti-scaling effect reaches 90%.

Principle of Scale Inhibition
At the the germination period of water scale growth(the initial stage of scale crystal nucleus), the active ingredients of the Anti-scaling particles directly participate in and interfere with crystal nucleus’ formation process by the form of ions. Making the crystal nucleus distorted, and died in the development stage, thereby inhibiting the formation of scale crystals at the source.
Product test
The water is heated without filtering material
Water scaling phenomenon is obvious, floating matter increases obviously and the bottom is accompanied by sediment.
The water is heated after filtering.
Water doesn’t appear fouling phenomenon and floating matter.
There is also no precipitate at the bottom.
